The visitor-question form asks for your full name, email address, planned visit date, question topic, message and consent. The newsletter form asks for your email address. Both forms prepare an email in your own mail client; the website does not transmit the form to a separate web database.

How Information Is Used

When you choose to send the prepared email, Aurelin Guide uses the submitted details only to understand and respond to your request, maintain necessary correspondence and address misuse. We do not use a visitor question to grant venue entry, issue official decisions or approve commercial photography.

Consent and Retention

The contact form requires confirmation that the submitted details may be used to respond. Correspondence is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, record-keeping and applicable obligations, then deleted or securely archived as appropriate.
